Founded in 1899 as a farmhouse, our farm today is a perfect blend of deep roots and a vision for the future. Managed by Piercarlo and Alberto Fantini—an agronomist and an architect—the estate extends across 15 hectares dedicated to the production of premium apples, including the renowned Mela delle Saline di Cervia, grown organically and rich in the minerals typical of our soil near the coast.
